🎤🏠 HOP S6 E16: Do We Really Need To? 🏠🎤
Just because we've always done it, or because everyone else is doing it, does that mean we should?
Following last week's conversation about drowning in noise, Katie and Martyn turn the spotlight on estate agency itself and ask whether some of the things we spend our time, energy and money on are actually necessary.
Printed property brochures, newspaper advertising, social media, virtual tours, endless reports and the latest technology — are they genuinely helping us sell homes, or are we simply doing them because we think we should?
And what about the traditional practices we've left behind? From posting property particulars and working the applicant register to picking up the telephone and building relationships, have we lost sight of some of the things that made estate agency work?
