[…] And so I had someone to come to me and was like, hey, I infused some olive oil with my peppers from their garden. And I'm like, oh, wow, you can do that? Because I've never really known about the olive oil that much. So I started researching and I saw all the health benefits of olive oil. I saw that there wasn't a lot of women, a lot of minority women in this industry. And I started thinking, you know, all of these health benefits and if our community is not getting them, then we are left behind or we're left out. So I just decided to, you know, get some mentors.
