What qualities do you see? I would say specifically for leaders when I'm looking to hire them or. you know, put them into different specialites program we have in place, I would say I put it in two different buckets. So number one, I would look at the soft skills, emotional intelligence, empathy, managing talent, managing performance, organizational influence, effective communication.
