Plus, an agreement has been signed to market and develop a Greene County property, and a $30 million revolving loan fund in the South Bend-Elkhart region is set to launch next month.

Plus, plans for the former Newport Chemical Depot property are still in the works, and Google has awarded the first grants from its $10 million Indiana Energy Impact program.
