2020年本港殘疾人口逾53 萬，佔整體人口約百分之7，他們不少具備工作能力，不過失業率卻達百分之11，較當年整體高出一倍，反映職場路一點也不容易。一直以來，政府在殘疾就業上投放資源，過去三年，勞工處就為超過七千名殘疾人士成功找到工作，亦給予僱主津貼，提供經濟誘因; 坊間亦有不少私人企業為殘疾人士提供就業機會，打造傷健共融工作間。到底這群殘疾人士如何利用天生我材，找回自我價值呢?
