這個頻道主題是「離婚後如何過得很精彩」。 我們每集專訪離婚後過得很精彩的我的朋友，他們分享自己當初為何踏進婚姻、婚後如何覺得困頓、後來如何失望地離開，以及到了現在是如何變得這麼陽光、這麼積極正面的故事。 我的用意是 1. 希望讓還在婚姻裡的人可以知道，在現在的婚姻中遇到的問題可能是我們來賓也都遇過的，參考過來人的做法也許可以讓他們對自己的婚姻有不同角度的認知。也許不需要輕易分開。 2. 對於讓剛離婚的人，可以知道現階段怎麼站穩腳步，讓自己的人生也可以過得很棒。 3. 對已經離了婚一陣子的人，可以從別的角度回頭看，原諒前任/前任的家庭/當時的相關人士，甚至進一步地在某個層面上可以，讓自己與離婚的自己好好相處。
