Yeah, so just from a drug testing perspective, what we're seeing is that it's already part of a lot of industry's requirements to get into work, such as in logistics and manufacturing. So for people who may fail a test but generally want to get clean and move towards work, we think effective wraparound support could be really effective in supporting that. And maybe a failed drug test, what we're seeing, could also be an opportunity to identify a barrier and connect someone with support if they are ready to make a change in their life or need to pass that in order to And, you know, just on that note as well, you know, when we think about what support somebody might need, you know, it could be simple encouragement and motivation, having somebody in their corner who's going to fight with them and help them actually obtain that employment job.
