Psyche und Rassismuserfahrungen - Zami Khalil
Zami Khalil ist Psychotherapeut im Verfahren Tiefenpsychologie, sowie Bildungsreferent für Themen wie Rassismuskritik und Empowerment. Er arbeitet, forscht und lehrt aus einer Schwarzen, psychologischen, rassismus-und machtkritischen, sowie intersektionalen Perspektive zu u.a. Anti-Schwarzem Rassismus und psychischer Gesundheit, und transgenerationaler Weitergabe von Traumata. In der Folge spreche ich mit Zami über die Folgen von Rassismuserfahrungen für die Psyche. Mit einer psychodynamischen Perspektive erklärt Zami verschiedene Mechanismen, die dabei wirken. Außerdem sprechen wir über seine Forschung zu transgenerationaler Weitergabe von (rassistischer) Traumatisierung, über Schuld und Scham, und über die psychotherapeutische Arbeit mit Menschen mit Rassismuserfahrungen.

In dieser Folge spreche ich mit Fabienne Gutjahr, Psychotherapeut:in in Ausbildung und Aktivist:in im Bündnis "Psychotherapie Sichern", über große Fragen: Die Zukunft der Psychotherapie. Wir sprechen zunächst über die diskutierten Sparmaßnahmen im Gesundheitssystem, explizit im Bereich der Psychotherapie, und was das für Therapeut:innen und Patient:innen bedeutet. Außerde sprechen wir über die präkere Situation der Psychotherapieaus- bzw Weiterbildung. Dabei beschäftigt uns auch die Frage: Warum wird psychische Gesundheit öffentlich betont, praktisch aber oft unterfinanziert?

In Folge 15 spreche ich mit Paul Spychalski-Gosch. Paul ist gelernter Erzieher und Psychologischer Psychotherapeut im Verfahren Verhaltenstherapie. Wir sprechen darüber, welche Rolle seine eigenen Erfahrung von Migration und Aufwachsen in Armut auf seine Arbeit haben, und was es heißt, kultur- und systemsensibel zu arbeiten. Außerdem beleuchten wird, welche Rolle spielen Armutserfahrungen in der Therapie und im Therapieraum spielen, und welche Dimensionen von Macht im therapeutischen Prozess beachtet werden sollten.
