You got elected five minutes ago and we want you now to be an expert on roads and bridges and DHS care and ag issues and education issues and understand the funding formula. We expect you to be an expert. So we start telling them all of this information. And we do try to start early. But the thing about career tech is kind of goes along with the answer to the last. Who do I represent? We're so diverse and so vast that it's hard to wrap your hands around who we are and what all we do, because we're everything from teaching welding to pre-engineering to biomed to being out in the business and into businesses and just directly working with employees that are already involved.
