<p>Regjeringen har som mål at næringslivets FoU skal utgjøre 2 prosent av BNP innen 2030. Fortsatt er vi under halvveis til målet, og de nye SSB-tallene viser i tillegg at utviklingen går i feil retning. Forsknings- og høyere utdanningsminister Sigrun Aasland er gjest i Problemløserne og adresserer utfordringen. Statsråden avslører også et nytt tiltak for å bedre samarbeid mellom forskningsmiljøer og næringsliv.</p>
