I use this explanation as like sort of the best that I can do. So I kind of say that public health is everything that keeps you from like needing the doctor. Of course, you need preventative care. You need to go to the doctor. But like, I'm talking lifeline, I'm talking even like a certain kind of like reliance on the doctor.
