[…] So again, the reality is just... having children and trying to run a business. But I was really grateful for the flexibility, grateful I could change my schedule. I say multiple times, even a day sometimes, if I had a full-time job reporting to a boss, I would get fired by now. So I'm grateful and appreciative for the flexibility of private practice and what I do now for business and think that's one of the biggest parts of private practice and honestly group practice too is like just being able to manage your own schedule and move things around and reschedule and it's like yeah it's just like people get sick stuff happens like that all happened right before we were supposed to go back east and visit my family so we had to cancel the trip and it was just like a whole thing and so it's like whenever you know one of the reasons that I wanted to Grow into a group practice was to give that type of flexibility to other people on my team.
