EP100 接住你的悲傷
經過三年的時間，我們的Podcast終於來到第100集！ 2022年底，Laurence被醫師確診為重度憂鬱，我想靠近孩子的心卻不知從何開始。為了不讓孩子陷於黑暗的深淵，我用盡方法——就醫、諮商、吃中藥、訴諸科學與非科學的各種方式。過程中我也盡量變著法兒地帶孩子們外出、吃飯、逛街，只要讓她不滿陰霾的臉龐能閃過一絲笑容，我都試。 那是一個週末，一早起來看見Laurence的表情，我知道她還在低潮裡，於是我提議來場說走就走的小旅行。我帶著兩個孩子，一路從台南開到墾丁。我相信沙灘、海浪跟夕陽能有某種程度的療癒作用，至少是對我自已而言。 的確發生了效果。 在回程的路上，Lucas在後座已沉沉睡著。我和Laurence聊了一路，那是我們那麼多年來幾乎可說是第一次的長談。我們聊了她對人生的想法，對自己低潮的感受，那種恐懼與無助，她都一點一滴對我袒露。 她也第一次問了我對自己人生的期待，我說自己一直想成為一個有影響力的人。於是我們有了這個粉專，有了同名的Podcast。 我那時的想法很單純，就是想要跟孩子一起做點什麼，是抒發也好，是紀念也好，對我來說都很好。 沒有想...

EP99 工作的變動
上個月，Laurence開始了人生第一次的「上班族」生活。雖然是遠端上班，但也是遵循公司一般的上下班時間、一樣打卡。 她負責的是公司的社群帳號經營，工作內容對她來說並不陌生。她也在第一週就讓新創的帳號有了五、六百個粉絲。但因為與其他小編的互動太過頻繁，竟被平台認定是機器人帳號而被封號。 她的失落我看在眼裡，雖然她不是第一次碰到這種事，但這次我知道她想證明一些什麼給我看，所以沮喪的情緒難免。 第二週只好全部又從頭開始，這次她減少了跟網友們的互動，留言頻率也降低，在確保帳號安全的情況下，隨之而來的，是粉絲量增長也放緩許多。 經營平台的兩難讓她有些進退維谷，加上後來公司又有一個新的專案項目加入，她等於一個人要經營兩個帳號、六個不同平台，而且帳號的屬性完全不同。這對她來說，挑戰很大。 經歷了一個多月，我觀察到她的壓力情況似乎有點難以負荷。於是找了個時間與她長談，希望她可以考慮自己的情況，思考是否繼續這個工作。 經過一個下午的沉澱，她決定提出離職，我也支持她的決定。以前說到「三分鐘熱度」像是個貶義詞；現在我卻覺得這是探索很重要的過程。 確定離職後，Laurenc...

EP98 衝突也是溝通的一種方式
大約兩週前，我和Laurence之間有場不算小的衝突，她用力地甩上房門，我則是強硬地想逼她說出生氣的原因。 結果就是兩個人都滿懷憤懣與委屈，在各自的房間裡生著悶氣。 我原本想著隔天等雙方都冷靜下來後，再找機會把這件事說開；想不到大約半個小時後，Laurence就主動敲開了我的房門，來跟我道歉說她覺得自己的態度不佳。 我們就在房間昏暗的燈光中聊了兩個小時，她把自己心裡面的情緒累積，盡可能地對我描述；我也把我當下的感受與想法說給她聽。 聊完以後，我們並沒有就所有的事情取得共識。她有她的心之所向，我也有我的實際考量。但我覺得，這兩個小時最大的價值並不是我們非得「解決」什麼事情，而是我們都朝著「更了解對方」又邁進了一步。 今天上架的Podcast EP98，我們就在聊這場衝突對彼此的影響，也聊聊我們在溝通過程中，可以調整的方式，不管對自己還是對方。 溝通不會只有一次，衝突也是，但我們此刻都還願意坦誠說出自己的感受，對我來說，已經彌足珍貴。 #親閱誠福 #親子關係 #溝通 #和解
