[…] Like I talked about helping parents, grow confidence in kids. And I said, one way that you can help your kids grow confidence is to have a range of goals. And the example I gave was, let's say your daughter runs the mile. Maybe her outcome goal is to win or get in the top five. Her silver goal is to run close to a personal best. And her bronze goal might be to finish the last lap hard or And so I think sometimes we can get so caught up in the outcome that we don't really enjoy the process. We talk about that quite a bit amongst ourselves, especially with the type of races that we do, enjoying the outcome, enjoying the day. […]
