A podcast focusing on taking a leap of faith. Perhaps you have been curious about climbing, feeling scared of public speaking, or maybe you want to go on an adventure?
We talk to some of the best in the game from a beginners perspective, about the basics of their subject and what to think about.
We get to hear about "rookii" (no pun intended) mistakes they've made as professionals. ROOKIIS is all about staying humble, there is always more to learn, and we want to bring you on the journey. Enjoy!

ROOKIIS x ANNA CARLSSON (Talking Kullamannen by UTMB)
ANNA CARLSSON 🏃♀️🏆
What does it take to win Kullamannen 100 Miles?
Fresh off her incredible victory at Kullamannen by UTMB 2026, Swedish ultrarunner Anna Carlsson joins us for a conversation about endurance, determination, and life on the trails.
Having completed the same race ourselves, we were curious to hear how Anna experienced those 100 miles from the very front of the field.
We talk about her journey into ultrarunning, previous victories, the challenges of Kullamannen, and what keeps her coming back for more.
An episode about much more than winning races. It’s about the love of running, pushing boundaries, and finding your own way through the toughest moments.
