<p>这期没嘉宾，没脚本，就是几个朋友聊聊成年人那些说不出口的慌张。</p><p>老何身边有哥们失业开网约车，约好的饭点马上到了，来了一个机场的活儿，你说接不接？另一个在超市上班的朋友，月薪不高，却舍得花一万块买球，空间越来越窄，以小博大成了每一个人想抓住的翻身机会。</p><p>小佛失业十个月的日子，该怎么把生活过得“岁月静好”，该如何面对存款减少？大肠炒股之后的金钱观扭曲，K线滚动，让几万块变得像游戏币，涨了不敢开心，跌了不敢睡觉，患得患失到不认识自己。</p><p>小明竟然到年纪越大越胆小的阶段，怼天怼地变成了磨磨唧唧。聊到对趋同社会的疲惫，高玄不理解为什么大家的电车、房子、审美、手机甚至焦虑都要长成一个样子？另外，面对AI时那种朴素的恐慌，对未来的无所适从，都在这期节目娓娓道来。</p><p>但奇妙的是，把这些话说出来之后，焦虑好像轻了一点。你会发现，原来不是只有你一个人在凌晨三点醒着，不是只有你对着账单发呆，不是只有你怀疑过自己是不是掉队了。</p><p>这期节目不能解决任何问题，但或许能让你知道：在这个人人瞎跑的时代，我们都在笨拙地活着。</p><br><br>

三好乱弹 - 濒死体验，当她被自己驯养的白鲸拖向死亡
<p>她曾是"华南第一女驯鲸师"，2011年，邵然拿着1900块的月薪，一头扎进深圳的海洋馆。她想要"避世"，想要"纯粹的快乐"。她没想到，自己走进去的是一座监狱——而她是狱卒。</p><p>五年间，她亲手训练白鲸表演搏观众一笑。她也见过发疯的海象，趴在出风口发呆的北极熊，见过失去孩子的海狗妈妈对着墙角哀嚎。她说："我们所有人当时对动物的痛苦都是麻木的。"</p><p>直到自杀前找她求助的海豚花花的离去。直到她亲手训练的白鲸苏菲在水下咬住她的脚，把她拖向死亡边缘，她忽然明白："我们就是在赌一个生命的善良，赌赢了之后，再继续剥削它的善良。"</p><p>2016年邵然自费走遍50多个城市巡回演讲。有人听，没人听，她都讲。这期节目不是一个英雄的故事，她曾经多么麻木，她就有多么有资格揭露。有些真相，值得我们停止表演，认真听完。当然最后也特别感谢，我们的老朋友龙缘之博士的专业支持，让我们从更高的维度去看待人与动物的关系。</p><br>
