[…] It's very physical. It's long. It's tiring. It's mentally tiring and physically tiring. And you have to be fit. You do have to be fit. You've got to do extra. You can't just rely on riding. Now, obviously, we do have a lot of horses and I do find that I try and have a couple of days a week of really riding a lot um to help with the fitness so like I'll have days where I jump 10 11 horses Jesus Christ um and I do find that does wear me out but it adds my fitness um and So, yeah, that was... But they do say, like, you speak to personal trainers or, you know, fitness gurus, and they do say that rest is a really important element of fitness. […]
