Meet Kat Kat is the founder of SoberFitGirl and author of Sober Fit Girl. Originally from a small town in Iowa, she has been sober for more than six years and built SoberFitGirl around helping women create lives they genuinely love without alcohol. Her approach combines sobriety, fitness, mindset, confidence, and personal growth. Meet Ewa Born and raised in New York City, Ewa has been sober for more than four years and is Head Coach at SoberFitGirl. She works directly with women navigating the real-life side of sobriety - from cravings and changing friendships to dating, boundaries, fitness, confidence, and rebuilding trust with yourself. Together, Kat and Ewa are here to show you that an alcohol-free life can be anything but boring.
