[…] All those things that we do as part of recovery and sobriety, we don't need to do straight away. We can just get sober first. And I think it's really important that people take that on board because I think people – get sober, and they think, right, I've got to sort everything out now. I've got to sort all my childhood stuff out, and I've got to deal with all this, and I've got to confront my parents, and I've got to do this, and I've got to do that. Yes, maybe you have in time, but not in the first initial stages. In the first initial stages, remember that you can't fix it all at once. And to start with, just get yourself sober, get yourself clean, get yourself strong, And then think about which of the things that you want to resolve. […]
