[…] I just noticed that it's the food that's made the difference. I still have the hernia, for example. I know it's still there. But when I was eating a low plant diet instead of high plants or more plant-based, that was something I had to, with my own hands, kind of adjust. you know, push on, press on in order to help things move through my intestines. I don't know what part of the intestinal tract was there that was bulging through, but that hasn't been a problem ever since going plant-based. More fiber keeps things moving is my theory. I think it's what's happening. My current doctor kind of goes along with this thinking as well, but it hasn't been an issue. […]
