We have a lot of different kinds of practices from very small, very under-resourced practices in very, very rural parts of the state to some pretty big provider groups in very urban, very highly resourced parts of the state. It's really about in the practice, is everyone willing to change and are they all rowing in the same direction? Because, of course, we go in and we have to change everything about how they practice. We have to change the practice workflow. We have to change the way they look at their practice, how they approach their practice. And the practices that are willing to do it, they are very, very successful. […]
