[…] From the Saudi perspective, it became very difficult to implement these commitments because of the potential consequences From the U.S. side. So the Saudis essentially started buying time. They continued engaging with the Houthis and tried to find a way to address these issues. But this, you know, from the Houthi side was seen differently. So their argument was very simple. Our deal was with the Saudis, not with the Americans. So from the Houthis, there was no reason for Saudi Arabia to delay implementation. And this has created a stalemate. But there's also another aspect related to the timing, because the tensions between the Saudis and the Houthis came at the time where we are seeing increasing war or tensions between the U.S. and Iran.
