[…] The problem is solving the challenges of onboarding new producers. Do I get that? Exactly. And for a carrier, that can go in two directions, right? One is if they have what are called external producers, so if they're appointing other agencies, right? Usually there's a lot of information that they need to collect from that agency in order to manage that onboarding. You know, sign agreements, W-9s, they need to check with an IPR that they're actually licensed. So it's managing that whole onboarding flow. And then once they're onboarded, you need to make sure that they stay compliant. So you need to make sure that their licenses, that they send you their new, you know, the year after, et cetera, et cetera. […]
