岳恩現在是實踐大學建築系的大二學生。在慈心高中畢業後到上大學之間，他給自己一年Gap year——打工準備隻身去日本獨立探尋。他曾在北海道冬天蓋冰屋、在白馬村的民宿、牧場照顧牛，也去了京都打工換宿，岳恩帶著對建築的探究走訪。 他分享願意用耐心及很長的時間，去做覺得很重要的事情。這個感覺到後來在大學建築系工作室裡熬夜創作，他能享受其中。回想高中時那些重要的事，等到他面對困難或面對人生的選擇，那些點就被連起來了，才知道那些事情都有意義。 岳恩對建築有興趣，國中和高中的專題都跟建築有關。然而直到 12 年級他開始懷疑：是不是真的這麼確定？Gap year也是他想在確定的事情裡，留一個疑問和開放的，他選擇去一個比較遠的地方，好好想一想。 回台灣進入大學之後，岳恩說，他一開始就發現學校和一般建築系有點不一樣，有些地方甚至跟慈心有點像。例如有一門課叫「建築六感」 ，讓他對身體如何感知環境有了不同的體會。Gap Year 有一種沉澱的質地，而不只是迷茫的漂流。岳恩體會到孤獨並不是壞事。做建築、做創作，很多時候必須安靜下來，才聽得到自己的聲音。那個學習怎麼跟自己獨處的感覺，是很重要的。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>

畢業專題的選題常見學生在升學與熱情之間掙扎。鄭易坦言自己也思考過要不要把專題延伸作為特殊選才的素材，要不要選個擅長的方向、為升學鋪路？還是要做自己一直想做的音樂？ 後來鄭易決定把握專題為契機去尋找靈感，寫歌、繪畫、創作了屬於自己的音樂專輯，名叫《躲在春天的病裡》 。帶著某種青春期特有的憂鬱，卻又有一種他自己說的「微妙」——感覺很個人，但又因為這一份特別而與人們有了強烈的共鳴點。 年輕人倚靠內在直覺：「若我不做這件事情，有一天我一定會後悔。」也做後設思考：「怎麼選擇更值得？這件事因為每個人的生命節律不一樣而有所不同。」邀您聆聽這集娓娓道來的遐思，溫和但有力又真實的掙扎，所透出的誠意，讓人想靠近。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
