John Muir Trail Day 8 and 9- Lake Virginia to Bear Ridge and over Bear Ridge. After finishing Seldon Pass and arriving at Lake Virginia, Em and Nikki camp at a trail junction/ crossroads before taking on Bear Ridge. They have a spa night, nightmares, and struggle with the humidity.

John Muir Trail Day 7- Purple Lake to just below Silver Pass. We finally get to Purple Lake, Nikki "falls" and Em is upset about it. The ladies demonstrate a Wilderness Contour before some subtle shade from a fellow hiker. They encounter mosquitoes and a subtle compliment?
