<p class="">Eli will conclude our exploration of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness with the Fourth Foundation: Mindfulness of Phenomena (dhammas).</p><p class="">This foundation invites us to look beyond individual experiences and begin noticing the patterns and conditions that shape them.
