EP152 | 穗甘松精油~精油的那些大小事
<p>原生於喜馬拉雅山脈的高海拔地區（尼泊爾、印度、中國西藏及四川一帶）。在中醫與藏醫中被稱為「甘松」或「甘松香」，而在芳療界則慣稱其為「穗甘松」（Spikenard）。穗甘松生長落在海拔3000~5000，25~45度的斜坡上，加上高海拔所以採收很艱難， 屬於秋天採收的植物，此時的喜馬拉雅山區天氣寒冷，山區居民又沒有現代設備，採收工作非常辛苦， 當地人需要額外的準備衣服、食物、小鏟工具及步行約2~3天的時間才能到達穗甘松生長區域，一般大約採挖5-6天的收穫量才得以下山。</p><p>尼泊爾的穗甘松在政府計畫保護下，產量銳減，喜歡穗甘松的朋友們可以入手。</p><p>這次上架的兩支尼泊爾，實在是香氣上各有優點，所以想著同時上架給大家對比。<a target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://plantlightsound.com/product/nepal_hw_spikenard/">高地野生穗甘松精油</a>是漂亮的綠色得，<a target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://plantlightsound.com/product/nepal_wspikenard/">野生穗甘松精油</a>就是黃綠色，兩者另一個差別是採收的海拔，高地是接近貼近穗甘松的最高海拔生長現採收的。</p><p>內容是基於喜好和研究為分享基礎，芳香療法為情緒與養生為目的，不可替代任何正統醫療使用。</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>
