<p>越來越好，是生命自然的期望，因為一切有情都希望「離苦得樂」。 <br />所以，換車、換房子，我們都希望越換越好；生命也一樣，希望一生比一生更好。 <br />其實「一生比一生更好」不是夢！ <br />佛法的大生命觀點認為，此生結束，不是完結篇，而是「中轉站」，經由累積福德資糧和智慧資糧，就可以一生比一生更好，那叫「增上生」；有一天，你有機會終於來到最好，那叫「決定勝」。 <br />所以龍樹菩薩說：「先增上生法，決定勝後起，以得增上生，漸得決定勝。」 <br />但我們可能要讓自己生命視野更大一點，所謂「一生比一生更好」，不只是來生更美、更聰明、更富有、更健康長壽這種世間福報；而是在心上可以更慈悲、更智慧、更自由，解脫存款越來越多，有一天就可以達到階段性的直接證悟，成為出離生死的阿羅漢、登地菩薩。經由越來越好的「增上生」，接著就會有機會來到「決定勝」，圓滿證悟成佛。 <br />如果現在就想向生命下訂單，訂做更好的自己，有沒有具體可行的方式？有的，那個大秘密，叫〈七佛通誡偈〉：「諸惡莫作，眾善奉行，自淨其意，是諸佛教。」 <br />好簡單也好難？沒錯！詳情如何？且聽「漢聲電台」主持人許二尹的訪談，眾生文化總編輯靖雅老師的分享。</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>

鎂斷我執，是最好的除障，連法王和三年閉關行者都修的大法……／清明法會為什麼要修施身法？
<p>「心底深處起悲時，我見三界諸眾生，如處火宅洪爐中。」 <br />~密勒日巴〈決了曲〉 <br />修施身法，會修到如尊者所說，對三界受苦有情，自然生起大悲心。 <br />因為大悲湧動而觀修布施身體，就會在受供養的有情心中，種下解脫的種子，所以是無上法供養，所以有不可思議大功德——這就是「施身法」的修持原理。 <br />所以，連法王噶瑪巴都曾在佛陀成道的聖地菩提迦耶，連續數年帶領閉關，修持這個法王說「我從小最喜歡」的「施身法」。 <br />所以，它是藏傳噶舉傳承的三年閉關行者每日必修，一千多天的日子，每天最後一座法，一定是它。因為藉由觀修布施身體，以斷除我執、安住空性、生起大悲，是累積資糧、淨除罪障最迅速的方法之一，想要修持有成就的閉關行者必修。 <br />所以，藏傳佛教許多寺院和道場，清明節法會常修施身法，以修法的功德力超薦、除障、祈福。 <br />所以，連此刻正在印度新德里舉行「了義海」大手印課程的大司徒仁波切，七年來每一堂課，幾乎都親自唱誦「施身法」中的兩句祈願文作結： <br />「樂時迴向眾生樂，祈願大樂遍虛空 ！ <br /> 苦時獨擔眾生苦，祈願輪迴苦海枯！」 <br />好想知道更多？且聽「總編雲書房」在這一集「斷我執，是最好的除障」中，「奇想小編」李聖文老師怎麼代大家發問，眾生文化總編輯靖雅老師怎麼分享「施身法」的修行故事。</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>
