[…] uh well I mean there are some uh there are some apparatuses out there that that I kind of shied away from a little bit I used to stay away from those uh temperature measuring devices um because the kind where you would put the probe in while you're cooking right um and I didn't like the cables and all that now but As I've gotten older, technology, I've embraced it a little bit better.
