[…] Yeah. And it really applies, I think, for all of us past 50, that my goal with every workout is to leave the gym not in pain. And I'm not kidding. I like that. That's going to require us. I mean, because it's long term for me. I don't want to hurt myself in the gym. Yeah. I want to better myself in the gym. I want to do enough, but I've got to have this acute sense of knowing when to say it's enough today. And I want to walk out with a couple of reps in reserve in that holistic sense. Because that's going to make tomorrow a better day. And it's going to keep me in the game longer. Because at the end of a training year, one of the ways you should be able to measure the effectiveness of your training is that you could say, what percentage of my planned workouts was I able to execute as intended?
