I understand the concept of high-quality training and being very specific with your training, but if that doesn't translate to outdoors, like in real-world... training and racing um i mean it's not a moot point but it's just like it's you're just not getting that that carryover factor um like i absolutely think that you should be able to execute a workout outdoors just as good now it's different if you don't have the terrain that's conducive for that workout like i totally understand that um i don't know blair's from colorado so maybe maybe the challenge is that blair just doesn't have either flat roads or long enough sustained climbs but I mean, most parts of Colorado, you can at least find a 20-minute climb, and that's generally going to be enough to get this kind of a workout in.
