No.69：没有更好的生活
<p>这期节目是我作客好朋友孟岩的《无人知晓》，录制的一期串台节目。因为一些契机，我还拉来了另外一位好友许哲，并期待他们之间擦出一些有趣的火花。至于是否成功，听一下节目便知分晓。</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>----分割线----</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>下面是孟岩在《无人知晓》里写的节目简介，原文奉上：</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>大家好，欢迎来到「无人知晓」，我是孟岩。</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>这是一期我到现在也不知道该如何向你介绍的播客。9 月的一天，我的好朋友潇雨带着许哲老师来找我聊天。我们坐在一起，聊了塔勒布、黑天鹅、期权、凸性、佛学、禅修……以及，生活。坦白讲，这些内容单独拎出来，都不算「友好」：期权的部分，可能有点难懂。禅修的部分，听起来也确实有些玄。但在回听这期节目的时候，我突然明白了：看起来我们聊了很多，其实始终在绕着同一件事打转。</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>无论是用「四笔钱」去管理风险、用期权组合去捕捉凸性、用静坐和禅修去安放内心、还是用黑天鹅的方式理解人生，我们都在试图用各种系统，去「对抗」这个世界的无常。而真正让人有些不安的问题是——</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>这些系统，究竟是在帮我们更清醒地面对不确定性，还是只是把那种「我可以控制一切」的感觉，包装得更高级了一些？</p><br><p>在越来越复杂、精巧的系统背后，我们是不是仍然在用力，对抗一件根本无法被战胜的东西？也许更根本的答案是：就，没有更好的生活。</p>

No.68：网球（下）——隔网拳击与内心游戏
<p>本期是我突发奇想，拉着奔斗老师，以及小红书的《热水频道》一起录的一期视频播客节目。差不多在打球、看球以及深深地融入网球十年之后，我有一些不得不说的情感与领悟。那就都在这期节目倒出来吧。</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>----分割线----</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>下面是《热水频道》给我们认真写的介绍，直接拿来用了哈哈：</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>不知道你有没有感觉到，最近两三年，喜欢网球的人好像变多了。</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>更有意思的是，围绕网球，还延伸出了越来越多关于心理，意志和自我管理的讨论。</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>我们很好奇：为什么偏偏是网球?为什么它能给人带来这么多启发?</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>为此我们做了大量功课，最后发现，最合适讲明白这个事的嘉宾，或许并非专业球员或教练，而是那些长期观察，思考，</p><br><p>并且真正把网球放进自己人生里的人，比如这两位绝佳人选：张奔斗和张潇雨。</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>首先，奔斗老师毋庸置疑，国内最早和最好的网球记者，1997年写下第一篇美网赛事稿件，至今将近30年，他采访了很多世界顶级的网球运动员，也见证并报道了网坛很多经典时刻，比如网坛「三巨头」费德勒，纳达尔，德约科维奇的巅峰对决。</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>而「得意忘形」的主播，投资人张潇雨老师对网球爱的有多深，关注他的人肯定也都知道，他打了将近10年网球，去过国内外各大赛事，8年前他的一期网球播客让很多听友入坑网球，他的社交媒体上还有个系列就叫「今天网球教我的事」，光是这个系列的碎片感悟，就给过我们很多工作生活上的启发。</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>幸运的是，恰逢年底网球休赛期，两位张老师也正想好好聊聊，爱了网球这么多年，究竟从网球里获得了什么?他们对网球这项运动是怎么理解的?他们对顶级运动员有哪些观察?</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>于是有了这期播客。即使你完全没接触过网球，也一定会在这一小时里收获很多快乐和力量，当然，如果你已经一脚踏进网球世界里了，听这期肯定能收获超多共鸣。不管怎样，相信这场对话能给即将收尾2025，迈入2026的你我，好好出发的动力。</p><br><p><br></p><br><p>ps：这也是我们的第一期视频播客，在一个非常漂亮的网球场@超岛体育完成录制，过段时间大家就会在我们的小红书@about编辑部看到视频精华版，敬请期待</p>
