What if the biggest questions our daughters ask during puberty aren’t actually about puberty at all?
After nearly 70 episodes talking about periods, hormones, body literacy, confidence, friendships, and mother-daughter connection, I’ve realized something that I can no longer keep in the background.
Every conversation about puberty eventually leads to the same place.
Because puberty isn’t just about changing bodies—it’s about forming identity.
It’s about discovering who she is, whose she is, and whose voice she’ll believe when the world gets loud.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing the heart behind this podcast, why you’ve probably sensed a shift over the last few episodes, and why I believe Jesus isn’t just part of the puberty conversation—He’s the foundation beneath every single one of them.

When the Voices Get Loud: Who’s Shaping Your Motherhood? | Ep. 68
There are SO many voices telling us how to parent our girls.
Family. Friends. Experts. Books. Instagram. Podcasts. Other moms. And sometimes, all of those voices seem to contradict each other.
As I’ve gotten deeper into parenting my daughter through puberty, I’ve realized that I don’t need to have every answer. I need to know where to turn when the questions get harder and the voices get louder.
