[…] So that means that we literally have, you know, bacteria in our gut that can help us make GLP-1s, like to help us regulate weight and weight loss. And there's several areas in the gut that can actually do that. The other one would be Roseberia. So, rosberia is another microbe that isn't super abundant in volume, but extremely important because that microbe drives a lot of the hypoxia in the gut, which means that the anaerobic state where there is no oxygen, so the other guys can live together. And probably the one most connected with mental health, we're just kind of talking about that, would be Phycalybacterium prausnitiae or F. prau. […]
