No starting over every Monday.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Hi, I'm Michele Riechman—a mom of four, military spouse, online personal trainer, certified EFT coach, and a life and health coach with my doctorate in Physical Therapy</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">My own health has been a journey. After my first child, I was overwhelmed, anxious, and not sure what to do.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Then after my third child, I slowly started regaining the weight I had worked so hard to lose. I still remember getting out of breath walking up a flight of stairs. That moment became a turning point. Instead of chasing another diet, I focused on simple nutrition, quick strength workouts, and building healthy habits I could actually stick with. I not only lost the weight and kept it off, but I felt better, had more energy, and became stronger than I'd been in years.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Over the years, I realized that getting healthy wasn't just about knowing what to eat or finding the perfect workout. The biggest changes happened when I started working on my mindset, learning to manage stress in healthier ways, processing my emotions instead of avoiding them, and letting go of the all-or-nothing mentality.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Those changes didn't just improve my health—they changed how I showed up in every area of my life.
