Lifestyle Alchemy is about crafting a life that actually supports your healing and transformation — physically, emotionally, energetically. I'm obsessed with helping women understand how to care for their bodies and design their lives using their birth charts as the ultimate guide.
But this isn't just about astrology. It's where I share what I'm learning about nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, energy work, manifestation, energetic hygiene, and all the practices that help us actually embody our unique design and create lives we don't need to escape from.
Sometimes that looks like deep healing protocols. Sometimes it's clarity on why we are the way we are. Sometimes it's about lifestyle choices that create space for transformation. And sometimes it's just really fun to explore this stuff and yap about it. 🙃

67. How I Healed Stubborn Perioral Dermatitis TWICE (Your Dermatologist Will Not Tell You This)
In late 2024 into early 2025, I found myself struggling with the WORST rash I've ever had... and it was on my face. Talk about demoralizing! Perioral dermatitis (PD) is an incredibly stubborn and temperamental rash that in some ways resembles both acne and eczema, and it occurs around the mouth and nose area. Some people get it around their eyes as well. I healed this rash in 2025 and then it returned several weeks ago, much to my demise.
In this episode, I'm telling you exactly what healed my rash... and it is NOT anything you will find on Google, ChatGPT, or, unfortunately, even your Dermatologist's office. TRUST me, because I first went to all these other sources before realizing what my proper cure was.
