✅張靜怡營養師分享與選出優良學員 - 恭喜小組成員畢業，雖然有兩位癌友因治療住院無法出席，但整體小組表現仍非常優秀。 - 小組成員之間彼此支持、分享，無私提供筆記與食譜，像是一個溫暖的大家庭。 - 志工本身也是癌友，經驗分享尤其實用，例如自製豆穀漿。 - 有成員（番茄）原本外食、不記錄飲食，但在他人影響下改用電子磅秤記錄，進步顯著，也帶動整組人使用同樣方法。 - 營養師讚賞某學員從不懂得怎麼吃到能靈活修正飲食，逐步建立正確觀念與習慣，甚至影響家人，是值得推薦的「優良學員」。 🎗️ 癌友A（乳癌四期）的分享：「我並不優秀，只是慢慢進步」 - 自認學習較慢，但透過基金會細緻設計的教材與圖像學習方式，逐漸理解飲食觀念。 - 感謝營養師的鼓勵與指出飲食地雷，同學間的互助也讓她不孤單。 - 雖然一開始不習慣備餐與記錄，但靠著努力與家人支持（例如母親與女兒的陪伴與加油）一步步堅持下來。 - 特別提到豆穀漿的幫助，讓腸胃狀況不佳時體重依然穩定，十分感恩這個課程與團體。 - 強調「照顧自己」的重要，並鼓勵大家成為自己營養的主人。 🎗️ 癌友B（乳癌二期）的分享：「因標靶藥太貴，只好賣房，現在把心靈粉彩當作事業的主要方向」 - 曾因標靶藥費用龐大而不得不賣房，陷入低潮。 - 幸好有「心靈粉彩」這門藝術課程，幫助她情緒平穩，也成為她未來想發展的終身志業。 - 表示願意回基金會當志工，將這套療癒技巧傳授給其他病友。 - 說明粉彩的操作簡單又療癒，非常適合長者與小朋友。 - 感謝基金會與在場每位夥伴的陪伴與幫助，願意用自身經歷回饋社會。 #乳癌 #抗癌心得 #癌友故事 #張靜怡 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
