Why your body feels different now and, what it's trying to tell you

<p>If you are in your 40s, 50s or 60s and have been wondering why your body suddenly feels different, this episode is for you.</p> <p>Today I'm speaking directly to women who are feeling tired, foggy, frustrated, heavier around the middle, or as though their body is no longer responding the way it used to.</p> <p>I explain that these changes are not imagined, and they are not simply a matter of willpower.
