[…] We needed people to move quickly and comply and get people set up to work from home. And so a control approach there was absolutely right. But if we'd stayed in control the entire duration of the pandemic, then that was where for those that got stuck there, they ended up very burnt out. So, again, I think this is interesting that they're not personality types. They are not people types, but they are approaches. And the question starts to become, are they built in reactions when we're under stress? Or are they actually informed responses to what is best going to suit a change context?
