[…] So I find that to be helpful. Like what's happening when you notice typically that you need to put your head up? What are you doing? Well, I think there's two versions of it. One is like head up in the sense that like you are, you know, reading your email or something like that and you're in your own world. That's not reality. I think that when I do keep my head up, I find myself being a lot less stressed out. think when there's this like a feedback loop in my head that I'm like the main character of my own movie all the time it's it starts to get a little stressful because there's not I'm not really listening to my environment I'm not really like reacting to or taking in the goings-on around me and then I think that I'm the most important thing all the time and that always ends badly yeah so I found that I feel a little less anxious when I keep my head up.
