[…] And, uh, you know, behind the scenes, we, uh, you know, I have a special needs child. Uh, we're trying to manage that household. Uh, you know, I've got work, rotating shifts, all these other things. And it, uh, it became a good way to kind of, uh, use something that was very focused to, to get my mind off everything else going on in life. So, uh, so yeah, it became a habit as if we had a major event. I was in the gym the next day, uh, just trying to use that as a way to kind of, I wouldn't say block it out because it's still there when you come back. I mean, jujitsu isn't a magic. It doesn't make your problems go away, but it does, I think it gives you that little bit of breathing space so you can start looking at it from a different angle, so to speak. […]
