[…] It's those limiting beliefs. And my good friend, TJ Woodward, we wrote the Conscious Recovery stuff together, the workbooks and all that. He called them core false beliefs. And I thought that's such an amazing term because they are fundamentally false. You are not born into this world as a little baby thinking, I'm broken. No. I'm unlovable. I'm not good enough, right? You learn those things. They're fundamentally false, especially if you look spiritually, right? Like you as a spiritual being are whole imperfect, right? So this idea that we learned lies about ourselves, the subtitle of the book is how we form lies about ourselves and what we can do to change them. […]
