總策劃張嘉茹:
跨國市場資深行銷經理人，曾任職嬌生集團楊森藥廠、上奇廣告、羅氏診斷血糖儀、默沙東健康消費品、Hello醫師等跨國公司，參與超過15個產品品類、24個品牌在醫藥通路、電商、客服中心、藝術畫廊、數位媒體的行銷管理，為品牌創造永續經營價值。2022年10月起，擔任未來職業學堂的「下半場人生陪談師」課程總策劃，設計臺灣首個跨領域模組課程。2023年至今，製作全新podcast陪伴節目「下半場人生陪談師」，邀請專家、達人提供建議與案例，提升下半場人生幸福感。
2025年2月策劃出版＜下半場人生幸福藍圖 自我陪談12問＞，是40歲以上即將進入或已經進入人生下半場人群，開啟下半場規劃的第一本書，陪伴大家問對問題，找到答案。
