一吉邦 A-One節目 第一百三十四集，如夢主理人陳伊，台東北漂嘻哈推廣者！ 陳伊，從17歲離開台東北漂台北，第一份工作從美髮學徒開始，一路做到髮型設計師。白天剪頭髮、當羽球教練，晚上做音樂，從創作者一路變成推廣者。現在的他，不只玩嘻哈，還打造一個讓年輕人可以被看見的場域。 很多人不知道，他其實是從酒吧地下室開始。兩顆KRK喇叭、一個麥克風，沒有舞台、沒有資源，只有一群想唱歌的人。從邀朋友來演，到朋友帶朋友，累積超過百場演出，慢慢長出今天的「如夢」。 近期他和夥伴一起出版《如夢》嘻哈音樂雜誌，記錄台灣嘻哈現場，把收入回饋給創作者，補貼車馬費、演出費。他堅持不簽藝人、不成立經紀體系，只為了讓資源公平流動，而不是只流向自己人。 他教創作者表演完不要走，要留下來看別人演出。因為想被支持，就要先支持別人，想被尊重，就要先學會付費。 他甚至從15、16歲的觀眾開始市場教育，讓他們從小就知道，看表演是需要付費的。 但如果你真的見過他，會發現他的另一面。講話超快、想法很多、腦袋一直在轉，常常一個問題可以延伸成三個方向。 他知道，舞台不是只有燈光跟音響， 而是人跟人之間的關係。他也很清楚，不是每個人都適合當創作者。於是他引導這些人轉角色做DJ、做控音、做幕後，繼續留在這個文化裡。 從台東到台北，從自卑到搭建舞台，他不是做一個品牌，而是成立一個系統，一個讓創作者可以做自己的系統。 現在的他，還在持續擴大這個「如夢」。不管是西門町據點、跨城市交流，甚至連港澳創作者都開始進來。 未來會長成什麼樣子，沒人知道。但可以確定的是，當很多人還在等舞台的時候，他已經在努力了。 本節目由Feebees 襪鞋冠名贊助 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>

一吉邦 A-One節目 第一百三十三集，2026澎湖226超鐵落幕，一吉邦再度挑戰成功 亞洲早春第一場世界級226 ，很多人拿來當三鐵聖地，夏威夷Kona前哨戰 （資格賽），吸引將近50個國家好手（日本🇯🇵90、美國🇺🇸16、新加坡🇸🇬15、中國🇨🇳10）前來爭取40個國際賽名額。 去年參賽過Kona的毛姐，依兩人的訓練量（應該還有年紀），開出國際賭盤：老邦讓1.5個小時，供鐵友們下注啤酒，吉董照單全收，因為去年老邦只贏5分鐘，毋通看貓無點⋯ 澎湖226是充滿變化的賽道（據茂哥陳述，困難度比Kona高），游海才是真正的鐵人、騎車大部分是三鐵車、跑步是熱 + 節奏管理的生存戰⋯ 一吉邦兩人身體都出現嘔吐異狀，但還是都通過了考驗，最終老邦以1：44分打敗吉董。 同時楊博智也靠平穩的配速，打敗跑步爆掉的中國好手，把冠軍留在台灣。 唯一可惜的是《草屯囝仔》的阿倉，以10：16（分三）台灣總五，加權點數之後，以些微之差，沒能取得Kona資格，明年再來！ 謝謝台灣鐵人公司，舉辦國際級的賽事。 本節目由Feebees 襪鞋冠名贊助 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
