這次我們邀請了《管理通靈信箱》的共同主持人藍笛一起雙主持。而因為是談管理的兩人合體，當然就是來說跟管理有關的書囉。
這一集要推薦的是矽谷傳奇創投家Ben Horowitz的經典之作——《什麼才是經營最困難的事》（The Hard Thing About Hard Things）。
這本書曾是我在創業撞牆期時的救命稻草，也是我送過最多次給朋友的書。它不講空泛的理論，而是血淋淋地告訴你：當公司快倒閉、團隊要解散、市場在崩盤時，執行長該怎麼活下去？
很多時候，我們身為員工會覺得：「老闆怎麼這麼殘酷？」或是「這決策也太蠢了吧？」
