For a company, it is a small investment. 对于咖啡品牌做茶饮呢它的设备的投入相对比较低一些那第三点呢是既有的能力能不能复用其实像瑞幸我们看到它在咖啡产品线已经积累了非常强的数字化和产品推薪的能力那这些能力也是能够比较好的复制到茶饮品类的对于茶饮品牌做咖啡呢因为他之前没有做过咖啡相关的产品那他需要在咖啡豆等原材料方面积累一些供应链相关的能力那对他们来说可能也是有一定的挑战的明白其实就是可能让茶饮品牌做咖啡它的门槛会相对来说更高一点那我们其实在报告里提到这个品类融合其实是对这个品牌综合能力的二次考验最后可能我们拼的还是这个单店模型产品创新和供应链我们看到其实在报告当中也提到了股民可能在茶饮这一段有更明显的这个延展性的优势然后咖啡在这一段还是可能是瑞幸更占优雅能不能跟我们展开讲一讲好的,我们看到股民在茶饮端的延展的优势可能也有几点原因首先第一点它的单店模型确实还是比较好的加盟商也是有资源和意愿去进行追加投入的我们看到股民它一家门店的年均的GMV可能有接近300万的水平一家店的一年现金利润大概在35到40万那加盟商的盈利能力强呢它就有更多的空间去支持一些新品的折扣、营销、推广同时呢在咖啡、早餐这些新的品类上有能力去追加新的设备投入第二点呢在点位结构上像股民他在商场店、街边店、社区店的占比都是比较均衡的那他也天然的更加适合早上的咖啡烘焙这些场景 The third thing is that the company in the industry is still developing.
