Between 2 Racks is a strength training podcast on program design, periodization and coaching decisions, made for personal trainers and strength coaches. Hosted by Kelsey DeSanctis and Stephane Cazeault, co-founders of KILO Strength Society, the show is built on one idea: coaches deserve a home for sound knowledge, with a focus on what holds up over time and where theory breaks down in practice. Each episode covers how to build and adjust programs, how to manage loading and progression, and how to make better decisions for the people you train.
