Grundsätzliche Wissensfragen aus der Welt des kleinen Wein-Einmaleins behandelt eigentlich die Webweinschule. Aber Felix hatte das Bedürfnis doch noch einmal bei Adam und Eva mit dem Thema Reife anzufangen.
