<p>心理學中相當有名的情緒管理「艾利斯的ABC理論」， <br />「A」是Affairs 的字首，代表「事件」的意思；「B」是Belief 的字首，直譯是「信念」的意思，這裡則是指「思考的習慣」、「掌握事物的方法」、「對事件的解讀」；「C」是Consequence 的字首，直譯是「結果」的意思，而這裡的結果指的是，產生什麼樣的「心情」，或是產生什麼樣的「情緒」。 <br /> <br />艾利斯對於我們所認定的A（事件）直接造成C（心情或情緒）的想法拋出疑問。他認為不應該是A（事件）直接作用於C（心情或情緒），而是A（事件）在經過B（如何解讀那個事件）這個過濾器之後，才會產生C（心情或情緒）的結果。因此如何解讀那個事件，會影響之後的結果，改變信念比改變情緒容易很多，情緒不要去壓抑，自然的表達，但是信念的轉變卻會影響我們許多的事情。 <br />有些人的個性是比較固執沒有彈性，或是有完美主義，或是有亞斯的傾向或是有ADHD等特徵，都會造成與人相處情緒上的困擾，會破壞關係，此時需要好好的去自我覺察，改變信念，之後的情緒結果才會隨之改變。</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>
