Joel returns to workouts, Brett lays down a huge week involving double threshold and a hard long run at Warburton Rail Trail while Tess completes two solid workouts and finishes her week with a chill long run in Ocean Grove. At the time of recording with Tess & Brett, Joel didn't know if an interview with his mum would be possible but thankfully he was able to record that 24 hours after the main recording. Mary-Catherine Tobin takes the listeners through her training struggles and detailed race recap which saw her complete her debut marathon in New York over the weekend.
